Bring Me Home is definitely Claire's book. It brings us to the point in her life where she is at a crossroads...

She must make a choice on what path she wants to take. And in my opinion, this decision has nothing to do with Adam or Chris. It is about whether she will continue down the road of self destruction or if she will finally find forgiveness within herself and learn to live life again.

This book is without a shadow of a doubt, the most emotional one of the series. Claire was so broken at the end of Pieces of You. I was afraid she would not be able to find a happy medium in her life. This final chapter in her story isn't about the angst or drama. it is about a girl who is finally attempting to pull herself out of the hell she has been living in. it was so refreshing to final see Claire making peace with the decisions she had made along the way. It had me crying like a fool for the last quarter or so of this book. And they were mainly tears of joy. Because Claire finally gets her happily ever after.

And even though I know I said above that it really isn't about who she ends up with, we obviously know Claire is going to pick someone to share her life with. Luckily, the author does not keep us in suspense for long of who Claire has decided is her future. I think i knew before starting who she would end up with. For me, either choice was okay because I knew her heart would guide her to the right choice. And no matter who you may have wanted to end up with, at the end of the book you will know that her heart chose wisely.

I am so happy that Bring Me Home ended the series with a beautiful send off. Not only was the book beautifully written, but it was also a beautiful story. Everyone got the happily ever after the wanted and deserved. I am also happy that Cassia Leo stayed true to her characters and the ending she envisioned for them all.
